We file insurance for out-of-network as well as in-network, which allows for complete care without restrictions, letting your health decisions be made by you and your doctor. Rose, DC received his BA degree in Business & Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a BS degree in Anatomy along with his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Parker Chiropractic College. He completed his internship at the Parker Outpatient Clinic and has participated with advanced Post Doctorate studies in neurology

Deanna K. Rose, DC, received her BS in Biology, Cum Laude, from Oral Roberts University, earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at Parker Chiropractic College and completed her internship at the Parker Outpatient Clinic

Cathy C. Belk, MD
Cathy C. Belk, MD, received her BS degree from Adelphi University. She received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and completed her internship in Obstectrics and Gynecology at Allegheny General Hospital. She has extensive clinical background in Occupational Medicine and musculoskeletal disorders. Dr. Belk has been with OmniHealth Medical Group since May 2005.

Jason R. Rose, DC, received his BA in Biochemistry, Cum Laude, from California State University at Sacramento and earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Parker Chiropractic College. He completed his internship at the Parker Outpatient Clinic as well as the UNEVE Clinic just outside of Mexico City. He has a Post Doctorate certification in Acupuncture from the Acupuncture Society of America.
